Death as a New Beginning (2013)
'Death as a New Beginning' is a classical suite for piano and cello composed for contemporary ballet.
The suite is comprised of the three movements:
I Violence
II Loneliness
III Resolve
The film was composed and produced by Leighton Jones, choreographed by and starring Eve Mutso and Tama Barry of Scottish Ballet, with cinematography by Johnny Barrington.
Music performed by Leighton Jones and Susan Appelbe. Recorded and mixed by sound production students at Forth Valley College under the tutelage of Colin Mcgeoch.
The film was premiered on 31st October 2013.
